International Youth Development Conclave "is an Innovation that prepares a young person to meet the challenges of adolescence and adulthood and achieve full potential. Youth development is promoted through activities and experiences that help youth develop social, ethical, emotional, physical, and cognitive competencies leadership is part of the youth development process and supports the person in thriving.

Sirsa, 30 July. Youth from 20 countries, who arrived at the three-day 'International Youth Development Conclave', were stunned to know about Indian cultural diversity.

The three-day 'International Youth Development Conclave' organized by social service organization Divya Yuva Manch associate partner organization Global Youth Peace Committee & Integrated Volunteer Network concluded with pomp. Organized with the main support of the International Youth Committee, this conclave has more than one hundred people from about 20 countries including India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Myanmar, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Angola, Sudan, Senegal, Mauritius, Malawi. More philanthropic youth participated. The program was inaugurated at a private hotel in the city in which the Ambassador of the African country Malawi to India, His Excellency George Makondiwa was the chief guest. Haryana Tourism Corporation Chairman Jagdish Chopra and Haryana Seed Development Corporation Chairman Pawan Beniwal were present as special guests of the program. The program started with the Ganesh-Saraswati Vandana dance of Sirsa's daughter Chahat Goyal along with the national anthem. The effective stage was conducted by Smita Gupta, TV anchor of Doordarshan Bihar. Kathak dancer Sayani Chavda, who came specially from Kolkata, presented dance with her best expressions and mesmerized the participants of the country and abroad. International Youth Committee Chairman Dr. K.K. Welcoming everyone, Singh presented the details of the works and achievements of the committee. The world's smallest environmental watchdog, Licypriya Kangjum, appealed to save the earth. In the second session of the program, all the participants went on a city tour. He first approached Tara Baba's hut located on Ranian Road. While he had darshan of various gods and goddesses, he experienced adventure in the cave built in the hut. Former state home minister Gopal Kanda welcomed everyone and had refreshments with them. Later all the participants took prasad along with everyone in the langar. Tara Baba Kutiya Pradhan Sevak Gobind Kanda expressed his gratitude to all the participants. The foreign participants posed for photographs sitting with the rural women, while the local people also competed to see the foreign guests. After leaving here, the convoy of participants reached village Pohadka in Ellenabad section. While the villagers welcomed him with drums and drums at the village bus stand, the schoolgirls applied tilak to everyone. Here the guests along with the villagers danced to the tune of drums and drums.

All the participants were honored by presenting Siropa at the Gurudwara Sahib of the village. All the participants took the Guru's Langar sitting in rows at Sri Gurdwara Sahib. Although here, with the help of Gram Panchayat Pohadka, all the foreign guests had to plant saplings in the International Theme Park, this could not be possible due to incessant rains. On the call of Dera Sacha Sauda, ​​this team of foreign and domestic guests reached the dera in the late evening, where all the guests were first welcomed in the Kashish restaurant premises by applying tilak and giving flowers garlands. Information about all the projects being run by the Dera was given through a PowerPoint presentation. Later all the guests were made to visit several prominent places built on the Dera premises. Here all the guests started dancing happily to the songs being played on the DJ installed at a cruise-like place. Dera chairperson Vipassana Insa met all the guests to inquire about their well-being and presented them with gifts. The next day the participants of all the countries, Ch. Devilal reached the university where he spoke on his subjects in the seminar hall. Everyone hailed the contribution of youth to the achievement of the 17 goals set by the United Nations. Dr. Rambhuj, former Director of UNESCO India, was present as the keynote speaker in this session. Sumit Chaudhary, State Coordinator of Good Governance Support System in Haryana Government, Himanshu Gupta, Good Governance Associate of Mahendragarh, Gyanendra Mishra, Good Governance Associate of Mewat and International Youth Committee President Jayant Patra discussed the role of youth. The program was moderated by Manoj Das of the International Voluntary Network and Braj Babu, Chairman, of the Global Youth Peace Committee. The prize distribution ceremony took place at the end of the program. In which all the guests and participants were honored with mementos. During the event, Myanmar's participant Myat Htu San was awarded the Best Delegate and India's Tushar Pareek was awarded the Best Volunteer.
