PACE - Progressive Access for Child Education
PACE stands for Progressive Access to Child Education. It is an innovative development program for promoting quality education and providing catalytic support to social upliftment. The focal point of this project is to improve the quality of education for the vulnerable section of society. Under this project, the whole 360-degree development of a child is taken into consideration by our team.
Under Project PACE on the occasion of Children's Day on 14th November 2019. Braj Babu, Chairman, Global Youth Peace Committee, in the premises of Budhwa School Books related to copy, pen, muscle, and basic education were distributed among about 300 children. The main objective of the event was to create a strong relationship between the needy children with the basic needs of education and the children and their guardians and to make them aware of Indian society.
The class is not able to fulfil the basic needs of education for its children due to a lack of proper information and proper resources, that is why according to the chairman of the organization, Braj Babu, "the awareness of education at the grassroots level and the necessary resources should be provided as a social and civic Being it becomes our ultimate duty". In the program, the cooperation of local teacher Sunil Kumar, who has been promoting education in the field for the last several years, was very important. Along with this, Budhwa villagers also greatly supported and appreciated the event.

Career counselling cum motivational wo Career choice is a significant issue in the developmental lives of youths because it is reported to be associated with positive as well as harmful psychological, physical, and socio-economic inequalities that persist well beyond the youthful age into an individual's adult life. The term “youth” is described by the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) as a more fluid category than a fixed age group and it refers to young people within the period of transitioning from the dependence of childhood to adulthood independence and awareness of their interdependence as members of a community. rkshop The complexity of career decision-making increases as age increases. Younger children are more likely to offer answers about their ideal career which may represent their envisioned utopia and phenomenal perceptions about what they want to do when they grow up. As children get older, they are more likely to describe their career choice as a dynamic interplay of their developmental stages and the prevailing environmental circumstances. Youth career decision-making is required to go through a process of understanding by defining what they want to do and exploring a variety of career options with the aid of guidance and planning. Proper handling of the process affirms individual identity and fosters well-being, job satisfaction, and stability. The prime motive of this event is to guide youth for a better future. More than 100 students joined our program. The enlightening words of our motivator friend to the students created a positive atmosphere.

The best career choice is always a hard nut to crack. Scoring good marks in the board examination is never an easy task. Under this project, we conduct career counseling workshops and motivational talks for youth aged between 15 to 25. We collaborate with coaching institutes and private schools. Students take too much pressure regarding their board exams. Unnecessary thinking leads to depression, anxiety, and fear of failure. The program discussed the challenges faced by the students before the exam. We provide solutions and the best key to use their knowledge to get success not only exams but also in life.
