OUR PRINCIPAL
WHAT WE THINK
We commit to providing inclusive and equitable quality education at all levels of early childhood, primary, secondary, tertiary, technical, and vocational training. All people, irrespective of sex, age, race or ethnicity, and persons with disabilities, migrants, indigenous peoples, children and youth, especially those in vulnerable situations, should have access to lifelong learning opportunities that help them to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to exploit opportunities and to participate fully in society. We will strive to provide children and youth with a nurturing environment for the full realization of their rights and capabilities, helping our countries to reap the demographic dividend, including through safe schools and cohesive communities and families.
We are determined to foster peaceful just and inclusive societies that are free from fear and violence. There can be no sustainable development without peace and no peace without sustainable development. We are resolved to free the human race from the tyranny of poverty and want and to heal and secure our planet. We are determined to take the bold and transformative steps which are urgently needed to shift the world on to a sustainable and resilient path. As we embark on this collective journey. We pledge that no one will be left behind.
